You will manage daily and long-term maintenance and lead a multi-disciplinary team that keeps residents’ homes, buildings, landscaping, and shared spaces well maintained and welcoming. Your primary goal is to provide excellent service and a comfortable living environment by maintaining both day-to-day operations and the community’s infrastructure.
As Accora Village continues to strengthen its resident-focused approach, you will champion cultural change by fostering high performance and accountability within the supervisory leadership team. This includes promoting open communication and collaboration to strengthen team cohesion and cross-departmental partnerships.
