Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of TSC’s clients throughout their journey with the organization. As a Client Success Manager, your focus will be on understanding client needs, addressing their questions and concerns, and implementing solutions to meet their requirements. You will guide clients through onboarding, support the transition from sales to client services, and provide ongoing support to ensure they are getting the most out of TSC’s products and services. This includes ensuring clients reach their benchmarks, are fully engaged, and receive the full promise of the product, proactively shortening the time to value among clients. Additionally, you will navigate client concerns and escalations with professionalism, identify and curate client testimonials, and focus on identifying opportunities for upgrades and cross-selling to enhance the client experience.
