You will have experience in sales and/or a customer service background, with a proven track record of hitting targets.

Summary of the Role

This is a dynamic and engaging role meant for someone who is energetic, well spoken and who thrives on engaging with people. Your day would be filled with following up on unfiltered potential sales leads and inquiries that are sent to you via detailed contact list. Being proactive in business development is a key to success as well, and with time the successful candidate will be researching real estate data for and reaching out via phone or social media to potential clients.

Being a people business, this role would be perfect for some who enjoy networking on a regular basis and who are comfortable in giving prospective customers a detailed tour and walk around of their potential new workplace. Finally, TCC makes an intentional effort to differentiate themselves from their competitors by taking an active interest in their clients and fostering strong relationships within each location. The successful incumbent will aid this by getting to know all the clients currently on board and attending and creating/attending interesting events to foster a sense of camaraderie amongst the TCC community.
