The resort has significantly enhanced the customer experience with the recent construction of its new ski lodge, which offers state-of-the-art facilities, a large, bright dining room, and a convenient location just steps from the learning area and main chairlift. In addition to its renowned ski operations, the resort offers a family-friendly waterpark that first opened its doors in 1992 and has since evolved to offer a thrilling array of water slides, attractions, and spacious picnic areas.
Underpinning the resort’s operations are the core values of safety, respect, teamwork, and customer service, which ensure an exceptional guest experience. Looking to the future, Mont Cascades is pursuing an ambitious 2030 expansion plan. This vision includes major investments in infrastructure, such as the $150,000 recently spent on snowmaking, and further capital planning to develop the backside of the hill. Summary of the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive growth and elevate Mont Cascades’ visibility. Working closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers, you will ensure clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across all platforms. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you will act as both a strategic leader and executor, owning the full marketing function—from planning and creative direction to digital execution. Your mandate is to drive business growth by developing and implementing year-round marketing plans that align with the organization’s goals. A key area of focus will be transforming the resort’s digital presence by creating and publishing high-quality, frequent content (photos, videos, stories) across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
As the head of the Marketing department, you will oversee the marketing budget, and track and optimize campaign performance. You will collaborate with an external marketing agency on the newly relaunched website and SEO strategy, ensuring Mont Cascades ranks prominently in search results. Additionally, you’ll play a central role in event planning, coordinating seasonal events and developing new activities that enhance the resort’s four-season appeal.
