Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a robust pipeline of leads primarily generated from the sales development team and demand generation led by marketing. As a Sales Executive, your primary task is to engage in detailed client discovery during inbound calls and to close sales either immediately or through strategically planned follow-up meetings. Your day-to-day activities will include participating in regular internal training sessions focused on refining sales techniques, handling new inbound calls, and maintaining an up-to-date CRM system.
Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the sales process. You will need to manage both your calendar and hotlist efficiently, ensuring that the majority of your time is devoted to scheduled appointments, while the remaining focuses on proactive outreach to hot leads. You will work internally with your team to strategically collaborate and share information about market trends, competition, and potential clients. Cross-functionally you will partner with operations, marketing, and customer success as required to enhance sales strategies and client satisfaction. With a consistently full calendar of calls, this position requires a strategic mindset to optimize call outcomes and a dynamic approach to client interactions, ensuring high conversion rates and client satisfaction.
